INTERNATIONAL RATING AGENCY

An international rating agency has relocated its Zurich office directly into the historic centre of Zurich near Central. JOP designed the new space with a reception area, meeting rooms, phone rooms, a breakout space, collaboration spaces and open spaces. The overall concept is to create a "lush landscape" that takes into account the sustainability background of the business unit. The concept is inspired by a painting by Henry Rousseau, reflecting his idea of a "wild environment" translated into urban space and a natural choice of materials. JOP formed the team of general planners, including construction, cost and site management.
