JOP was allowed to carry out the conversions of all 6 locations in St. Gallen, Bern, Dübendorf, Spreitenbach, Emmen and Pratteln. 3 stores are housed in free-standing buildings as the only users, 2 stores are in larger centres with other retail outlets and the store in Spreitenbach is in a commercial building with a mixed use.

Due to the different structural starting positions and the technical condition, very different solutions had to be found for the individual stores. JOP was responsible for all building and advertising applications, as well as the planning and tendering of the conversions. The measures at the 6 locations with a total area of 69,930m2 were realised within 12 months, from project start to reopening.
