Microsoft expanded its existing laboratory facilities in a listed building in Zurich's city centre. JOP adapted the newly developed biophilic look and feel of the headquarters project in The Circle for this location. The Microsoft Greenhouse concept was tailor-made for this location, with the main idea of harvesting ideas through ideal conditions. The existing office structure with individual offices was transformed into flexible, open spaces using "real" materials such as wood, concrete, green plants and surfaces inspired by nature. The existing part of the office was integrated into the new look and feel.
