Two new buildings are already growing on the plot at Haydnstrasse 3 in Maintal / Dörnigheim. The first building consists of a residential complex with 4 residential units and the second of an office building for Baugenossenschaft Maintal eG with 1 maisonette apartment.
The building project planned by JOP extends over two full storeys and has a staggered storey.
The planned redesign includes a series of structural measures that take into account the functionality, aesthetics and sustainability of the area.
The planned uses guarantee non-disruptive uses that are compatible with the area. This enables a seamless
integration into the surrounding residential area and ensures that there is no detrimental impact on the quality of life of local residents. The top priority was to respect the familiar living environment of the residents and to ensure that the newly built houses are in harmony with the surroundings.
JOP was responsible for the design and implementation planning.
