JOP Architekten won an invited competition to design a new office space for a fashion label on Zurich's Löwenstrasse. The task was to design a suitable office that meets the requirements of contemporary workplaces and the image of the fashion label. The spatial program includes a reception area with showroom, workstations and social spaces.

 Right at the entrance to the office, the appealing customer reception area with a lounge zone ensures the perfect first impression. Adjacent to this is the loft-like showroom, which is used to present the latest fashion collections. On the total area of 650 square meters, around 29 workstations have been set up in a spacious open-plan area, which is divided into two sections. On one side, the view from the window is of the old town and on the other, the view is of the Schanzengraben with a view of the nearby greenery. In addition to the open work areas, there are secluded individual offices, a large conference room and meeting areas of various sizes. In addition, cozy, informal meeting points and an inviting kitchenette with standing and sitting areas and a play area have been set up.

 In the material concept, the three zones - customer area, public area and non-public area - were treated differently. The public zone is warm, inviting and inspiring, while the customer zone is more refined and homely, with more elegant materials. The work area is fresh and friendly, designed with natural colors and materials, which contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere.

 The new office in Zurich has a timeless look. With flexible working options, a calm color scheme and small color accents, a fresh and modern touch is felt. Great importance was attached to conserving and sustainable resources in the choice of furniture, resulting in a successful interplay of reused and new products.
