JOP Architekten is serving as the general planner for CA Auto Finance, overseeing all services covered by SIA Phases 21 through 53 for the company’s new location in Wallisellen. The financial services firm is relocating its current headquarters from Schlieren to a new, forward-looking workplace.
The project was characterized by a very tight schedule: from project kickoff to move-in, the tenant fit-out was designed and implemented in a very short time. Close collaboration among all parties involved ensured that the project was executed efficiently and smoothly.
JOP had previously carried out tenant fit-outs on the ground floor and first floor of the property, allowing the company to build on its existing experience working with the property owner and other project stakeholders. This existing expertise served as a crucial foundation for the efficient implementation of the new location.
A particular focus was placed on maximizing the reuse of materials. By strategically reusing existing building components and fixtures, both project costs and the carbon footprint were significantly reduced.
The tenant fit-out occupies a portion of the second floor and is divided into distinct functional zones: a representative reception area featuring an auditorium, café-bar, and boardroom serves as the project’s hub for interaction. This is complemented by versatile workspaces with different focuses, as well as a staff kitchen and lounge areas.
The design is conceived as a harmonious blend of CA Auto Finance’s values and identity with the architectural qualities of the site. The result is a work environment that combines professionalism, openness, and flexibility.
