We successfully completed the full refurbishment of an existing tenant fit-out, whilst maintaining operations and critical infrastructure. This project required strict adherence to the client's technical and design specifications to ensure that both functionality and aesthetics were of the highest standard. The refurbishment included the creation of a prestigious reception and client area as well as various workspaces, meeting rooms and collaboration zones. The project was carried out in close collaboration with our partner Perkins+Will, ensuring a seamless integration of design and execution. The result is a functional yet visually stunning environment that meets both operational requirements and design expectations.
