JOP Architekten is an architectural office with around 25 employees at two locations in Switzerland and Germany. Our company focuses on the office, retail and residential sectors. As architects and general planners, we manage mandates for renowned international corporate clients from the tech, finance and retail sectors throughout the DACH region.

ARCHITECT WITH EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
Your area of responsibility includes the independent processing of construction projects, predominantly in tender and implementation planning
After a training period, you will lead the planning team and ensure the coordination of the architecture with all technical trades.
You communicate with clients, authorities and contractors, draw up the necessary plans and documents and monitor costs, deadlines and quality.
You accompany the execution of the projects in the classic model with tendering and construction management or in cooperation with general contractors.
What you need to bring
Studies in the field of architecture at least at Bachelor level
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland or Germany, preferably in execution and detailed planning
Independent working style and willingness to take on project responsibility
A high understanding of design and construction
Good written and spoken German
Experience with graphics, CAD (Archicad) and construction administration programs
ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Your area of responsibility includes the processing of projects, with a focus on tenant improvements for office and retail clients.
You use your flair for materials, colours and furniture concepts in the design of modern working and sales environments
You communicate with the project team and with entrepreneurs and create the plans and documents required for the implementation of the design concepts.
You are valued as a professional planning expert who contributes to achieving the project goals with a high degree of self-motivation and willingness to work hard
What you need to bring
A degree in architecture or interior design
Experience in interior design and the handling of interior design projects
Sense for functional interior design as well as harmonious colour and material concepts
Knowledge in the preparation of construction, furniture and detail plans
Good written and spoken German
Experience with graphics and CAD programs (Archicad)
ARCHITECT JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Your area of responsibility includes the independent handling of construction projects in the office, retail and residential sectors.
After a training period, you will lead the planning team and ensure the coordination of the architecture with all technical trades.
Together with your team, you are responsible for the conceptual, design and technical development of the projects.
You communicate with clients, authorities and contractors, draw up the necessary plans and documents and monitor costs, deadlines and quality.
You accompany the execution of the projects in the classic model with tendering and construction management or in cooperation with general contractors.
- If required, you prepare analyses, feasibility studies, expert opinions and technical reports (technical due diligence).
What you need to bring
Studies in the field of architecture at least at Bachelor level
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland or Germany, preferably with project management experience
Independent working style and willingness to take on project responsibility
A high understanding of design and construction
Good written and spoken German
Experience with graphics, CAD (Archicad) and construction administration programs
INTERN ARCHITECTURE / INTERIOR DESIGN
With your high design standards, you will support us in the planning and realisation of diverse new and conversion projects in Switzerland and Germany. We are looking forward to a motivated person who is looking for an interesting and versatile internship or part-time job to complement their studies.
Training as a draughtsman or at least four university semesters are required, Archicad knowledge is an advantage.
